DISCOVERY
Every project starts with an idea. We consult with you to familiarize ourselves with your vision and explore additional options. Following this blue sky exercise, we get our hands dirty with land surveys and inspections. If you are yet to secure a site, we can suggest available lots. From there, we put together a tentative plan with estimates for cost and timeline.
Design
During this phase we draft the working blueprint for your project. Our in-house architects and designers will collaborate with you to ensure every detail of your new space meets your expectations – from the floor plan, heating system and plumbing to the flooring, cabinetry, countertops and more.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Before a single screw is set to board, certain logistical formalities must be addressed. This encompasses furnishing all required permits, as well as assigning various building tasks to members of our trusted network of partnering contractors.
BUILD
Pending your final your approval, the construction process can begin. We coordinate our team to adhere to a predetermined work schedule to ensure your project is completed up to specifications and on-time. You will be kept informed throughout the progress with updates at regular intervals. We also maintain open lines of communication to address any questions, concerns or last-minute revisions you may have.
DELIVERY
Through careful inspection of the property by our professionals and a formal walk-through with you, we can confirm our work is in line with our standards, as well as passes the ultimate test: meeting or exceeding your expectations. After any requested finishing touches have been applied, you’ll be handed the keys to unlock the next chapter of your life in your new home.
